Prior to joining LTI, Joshi worked for many years at Infosys, where he served as its Chief Operating Officer, as well as its CFO and Head of Global Delivery. Joshi also has a strong academic background, having obtained a Ph.D in Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Throughout his career, Joshi has been recognised for his leadership and was recently awarded the “CEO of the Year” award by the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM). He has also been recognised for his commitment to corporate social responsibility and was awarded the “CSR Leadership Award” by the Confederation of Indian Industry.
