Beauty related online stores intentions to launch its first store in Dubai during the current fiscal year, Nykaa in creating a stir in the market.
According to Nayar, the upcoming financial year will mark the beginning of Nykaa’s presence in Dubai, with the opening of their first store. This move signifies Nykaa’s commitment to exploring new markets and catering to the beauty needs of customers in the Middle East. To ensure the success of their expansion plans, Nykaa has brought on board Rozita Nouruzi as the CEO of Nysaa, their omnichannel beauty business in partnership with the Apparel Group in the GCC. Nouruzi brings a wealth of experience in specialty beauty retail, having previously led Sephora in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The collaboration between Nykaa and the UAE-based Apparel Group began last year, with the aim of introducing Nykaa’s beauty offerings to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. This strategic partnership allows Nykaa to leverage the Apparel Group’s extensive knowledge and network in the Middle East region, enabling them to penetrate new markets effectively.
